Never be Unhappy.
It is a possible goal - all you need is contentment.
What is the universal goal thal we all share?
"I want to be happy"
Take anyone. A small childw to be happy and old man wants to be happy too. In an continent across the world, every person wants to be happy. This is why many philosophies promise more parts to the destination of eternal happiness. Ultimately,h appiness and unhappiness are experience in our mind. That is why people feel happy for different reasons, in different surroundingsin different company. when person find happiness in accumulating mentions and expensive cars and other find happen as an oster life or serving others one like to be alone another prefers to be surrounded by people it depends on the mind. by Nature are mine moves without faces from one thought of feeling to the next reminds distract nature is always an evidence just recall a time when you try to concentrate on meditate - you would have found your mind wandering repeatedly happiness and unhappiness like all other experiences are transit happy moments pass leaving behind pleasant memories and happy moments usually pass to living behind unpleasant memories consequently you cannot feel happy all the time however much you may want to if something makes you happy it will change and maybe I know you or your mind will change and you will grow dissatisfied with it over time just look at your life experience and that of others around u you do not need me to convenience you of this fact both of the world outside and our mind inside change ceaselessly - that's their nature happiness and unhappiness come and go in our mind from minute to minute.
Ever changing mind.
here's another way to look at it our mind is excited and active when we are happy look at a child before your birthday party for the mother waiting to see her son after a long time but the mind cannot continue to remain like this all the time there is a sense of excitement and anticipation driving the mind when the party's over for a week after the sun has written the excitement fades hopefully living behind a feeling of satisfaction instead of course something unexpected may happen and happiness may not even materialize or may be mixed with unhappiness the child may not receive the gift She expects, or the son may behave in a manner that displaces mother even if everything goes wonderfully it is not natural to remain in a state of excitement all the time after a while it is simply exhausting for the mind and body I want to be happy is a temporary goal and I want to be happy always is an impossible goal so what is the impossible goal I don't want to be an unhappy ever the natural progression is your excitement of happiness or a pleasure to give away to a feeling of contentment in other words being happy is always temporary but it make culminate in feeling fulfilled or content when we feel satisfied our mind becomes restful and when we have that feeling of quietness or contentment we are not happy at least we are unless unhappy
It is undesirable, and probably impossible to be in a state of excitement all the time but it is possible to have a quiet or still mind all the time of course this is not have we are usually but its nether undesirable not impossible is the correct to say" I don't want to be unhappy ever"
what does it mean to be free or of unhappiness? Not that will lead and a ecstatic pleasure filled life all the time for that is impossible through any means. It means that we are peaceful within; we have restful contentment instead of the mental Earth to change something without a pause .This a lasting goal it's not just possible and desirable; it is absolutely essential if we are to have balance in our lives.

Be Yourself
The snow goose need no baat to make itself white neither need you do anything but be yourself.
The Jackdows & The doves:
A Jackdows paints his feathers white because he likes the looks of the dogs food but they catch on to him and chase him away when he goes back to him and chase away when he e goes back to eat with the other Jackdows they don't recognise his white feathers so there to chase him away guess who ends up hungry.
The Eagle & The Jackdows:
A Jackdow envious of The eagle tries to behave like one but without the eagle skill he get himself into sticky situation in ends up as a pet for children his wings clipped.
A King and a Grape vine:
Once a king came to the garden and saw fading and dying trees, bushes, and flower. An oak said that he dies because it can’t be as high as a pine. Applying to a pine tree, the king found her falling down because it can’t give grapes like a grapevine. And grapevine was dying because she couldn’t blossom like a rose. Soon he found a single plant, pleasing heart, bloomy and fresh. After questioning, he received the following answer:
I think it’s a natural event, because when you planted me, you wanted to get a joy. If you would like to grow an oak, grapes or rose, you would put them. So I think that I can’t be anything else than what I am. And I try to develop my best qualities.
Look at yourself. You can only be yourself. It is impossible for you to become someone else. You can joy and blossom or you can fade if you do not accept yourself.
